Best call windows: 7–9 AM and 4–6 PM local time. Operators are off the road and more likely to pick up. Avoid midday — they're often driving or loading.

No answer? Leave a voicemail and follow up with Email 1. The combo of a voicemail + personalized email within the same hour dramatically increases response rates.

Keep calls under 3 minutes on first contact. The goal is a callback or a "tell me more" — not closing on call one. Ask one question: "Are you currently using a dispatcher?"
